  To be honest, I really debated whether or not to give a great review to Bone Valley. But Polk county and other associated counties, and their staffs, wouldn't get the credit they should. This place seems to be a secret and was almost empty when we got there, but it's like a slice of paradise. Long story short. My 11-year-old and I have been trying to get to this place for about a year. Life happens and has gotten in the way. But last Monday we finally made it. To say that we were fully satisfied, and had one of the greatest days of our lives, would be an understatement! This place was exactly what we were looking for. I took 2 of our small go cart buggies, which are not 4 wheel drive, and my son's 125 dirt bike. The trails were so well-groomed and maintained, the crew should get kudos for that. I was concerned about taking my buggy into the area, as it is not 4 wheel drive, but an off-road go cart. We did find one spot that was a little wet, and had to push. But that's part of the fun! We could have gotten in a little trouble, but tried to stay on trails that weren't too difficult. Like, we didn't try to do the hill climbs section. I'd say they have really good trails and there's lots of them. 200-300 acres worth. The motor cross track that they have only for dirt bikes, is unbelievably amazing. For a county park, to build a track, such as this, it is a blessing to live near it. Im sure rain can play havoc with this place, but give them a chance to get it groomed. Bone Valley is a wonderful place to ride, and to take your family riding. This will be one of our new favorite spots. Make sure that all of your vehicles are titled and registered with the state, prior to arriving, and have the documentation showing that. Any minors under the age of 16, also need to have an ATV E safety course certification, you can look that up online. Kids can do it on the computer. It takes a couple of hours, and theres a small fee for the certificate. Along with the waiver for Bone Valley, that you can get off their website. You'll need one for each of you, adults and children. The minors will need the parents to sign one for them. Other than that, it's very cheap to get in. Take plenty of water, lunch and snacks and you'll have a great time that you won't forget. They even have restrooms, pavilions, and showers. Thanks to the staff and maintenance guys out at Bone Valley, we appreciate your work!

  We had a fun time here. Trails were great! FYI: they make you wear a helmet no matter what you are riding.

  Very unique place to ride, kudos to Polk county for putting this park in place. I drive from across the state to ride here on a regular basis. Always a great experience that I look forward to.

  Absolute great park for a fun ride. Went here for my first time dirt riding and had a blast. They have restrooms with showers. A little area to clean your bike with water. A track, and a lot of trails for different riding levels and difficulty. The price is $15 for each adult 16-64 and below or above that is $10. Great park, definitely will be coming back
