Zona ATV Park

Zona ATV Recreation Park is a 500-acre off-road riding facility in Washington Parish near Franklinton, Louisiana, in the piney hills of the Florida Parishes region approximately 70 miles north of New Orleans and 50 miles northeast of Baton Rouge. The terrain reflects the Washington Parish setting: sandy-loam pine forest on gently rolling upland interrupted by creek drainages and clay-bottomed lowlands that turn into mud bogs during and after rainfall. The trail system covers a mix of open-velocity sandy loops, tighter wooded single-track, and dedicated mud bog sections. ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes are all permitted. Zona operates on a weekend schedule, open Saturday and Sunday; weekday riding may be available by prior arrangement. Primitive camping is available on-site, with basic facilities for overnight visitors. The Washington Parish location puts Zona within the reach of the New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Hattiesburg MS markets, all within 60-90 minutes, making it a regional option for Gulf Coast metro riders who want a shorter drive than the north Louisiana parks.
