Red Creek Off-Road

Red Creek Off-Road is a 1,500-acre commercial OHV park in Stone County, Mississippi, near the town of Perkinston approximately 50 miles north of Biloxi and 25 miles west of Hattiesburg. The property is built around Red Creek, a clear blackwater stream typical of the Gulf Coast longleaf pine region, and uses the creek's sandbars, banks, and surrounding terrain as the natural backbone of the trail and recreation system. Approximately 20 miles of marked trails traverse pine forest, creek banks, and play areas ranging from beginner-friendly sandy loops to technical creek crossings and deep-water sections. Two dedicated motocross tracks (one full-size, one for younger riders), add a racing dimension uncommon at trails-focused parks. The creek sandbars function as informal gathering spots and swimming holes between rides. ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes are all permitted. Overnight accommodation options include primitive camping, RV sites, and on-site cabin rentals. Red Creek hosts regular organized events, including racing meets and holiday weekend gatherings. Its location between Hattiesburg and the Gulf Coast makes it the primary commercial OHV destination for the southern Mississippi pine belt.
